Position Summary
Initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks
- Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
- Takes care of company property
- Works with more advanced and multi/complex systems
- Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
- Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
- May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
- Responsible for the escalation and leveraging appropriate company resources to address issues with personnel and customers
- Provides coaching or training to entry-level technicians
Position Requirements
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Tech cert or degree or industry specific licenses
- Technical military background preferred
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- 5-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
- Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices
- Must have customer service experience
- Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
- Basic controls ability (PLC)
- Able to pass a credit check
