Position Summary

Provides tactical level supervision to technicians of a homogenous nature at a single site.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

•    Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
•    Takes care of company property
•    Provides first level leadership capability including responsibility for attraction, retention, engagement, performance, development of employees
•    Manages department expenses
•    Expected to escalate significant employee relations issues to management
•    Provides day to day direction of fundamental task
•    Creates onsite visibility into KPI’s and metrics and can provide input into metrics to manager

•    Day to day supervision responsibility
•    Autonomy to make decisions that impact their direct span of control
•    Responsible for customer management and retention in area/scope,
•    Financial contract and operations impact at administration level

Position Requirements

•    Bachelors or technical degree or equivalent military experience preferred

•    Ability to obtain TWIC card
•    5-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience or 2 years of industry specific experience
•    2 years of leadership or management experience
•    Proficient with computers, business software such as Microsoft office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions
•    Ability to communicate up, down, across teams
•    Ability to lead and motivate teams
•    Demonstrates critical thinking and complex trouble shooting in or to guide and advise team members and customers
•    Ability to defuse customer situations or internal issues
•    Able to pass a credit check

•    Able to operate a company vehicle
•    Able to pass driver requirements which include:  
•    Driver Application for Employment
•    Driver Disclosure and Release
•    Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement
•    FMCSA Certificate of Awareness
•    Driver Certificate of Violations
•    Driver Statement of On Duty Hours
•    Road Test
•    Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back)
•    Copy of Medical Certificate
