Evoqua Water Technologies is currently searching for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist located in Bensalem, PA. 

 

The position will report to the Regional Sales Manager. This role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in a fast paced work environment and is responsible for exceeding inside sales targets. The Account Representative is focused on proactively prospecting for sales through outbound phone calls and other electronic media to new and existing customers promoting Services and Aftermarket Products.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • The sales of the services and aftermarket product line to the Light Industry customers (Life Sciences, Microelectronics, Food & Beverage, etc) within the territory of Bensalem / Philadelphia Branch
  • Coordinates Aftermarket and Service sales within their territory working together with outside Field Sales Reps
  • Pricing of new opportunities within existing or new accounts
  • Work with Field Sales Reps and Sales Management on development and maintenance of target or key accounts
  • Develop relationships with customers through phone, email, and occasional (25-30%) face to face visits
  • Probe for opportunities for services or offerings under the WT family of products
  • Provides basic technical support on the aftermarket and service product lines

 

Technical Expertise:

Understanding of standard product line (including service products), technical performance and technical needs.

Understanding of competitive environment, including market pricing.

Understanding of appropriate applications and vertical markets.

 

Education and Experience:

Associates and/or BS/BA degree in related discipline and/or equivalent experience preferred

Prefer 2+ years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience

Experience working in Excel and any CRM program preferred

Individual with initiative, self-motivating skillset that works autonomously

Strong relationship skills

Attention to detail with documentation and discovery

Excellent communication skills

Highly organized and disciplined in representing Evoqua
