POSITION SUMMARY

Executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization

 • Takes care of company property

• Trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions

• Identify and remedy safety issues – both Company and Customer owned equipment

• Direct interfacing with customer

• Potentially at multiple sites with multiple technologies

 

Organization Impact:

 • First line of technical service support

• Customer facing

 • High utilization

• Accountable to customer for operation and repair of the system

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• FORMAL EDUCATION:

 Required:

o HS diploma or equivalent

 

• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

o Ability to obtain TWIC card

o One year of work experience

o 0-2 years technical experience is preferred

o Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices is preferred

o Customer service experience is preferred

o Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability is preferred

oAble to lift 30 pounds

o Able to pass a credit check

o Able to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements

 

 

• DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:

o Able to operate a company vehicle

o Able to pass driver requirements which include:

▪ Driver Application for Employment

▪ Driver Disclosure and Release

▪ Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement

 ▪ FMCSA Certificate of Awareness

▪ Driver Certificate of Violations

▪ Driver Statement of On Duty Hours

 ▪ Road Test

 ▪ Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back)

 ▪ Copy of Medical Certificate
