Position Summary

Evoqua has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative within the AFS (Advanced Filtration Systems) Dewatering Team.  In industrial applications, water is used in processing, cleaning, and emission controls which can contain significant solid contamination. The range of contaminants can be broad (ex. metals, phosphates, PFAS or other toxins) and extremely high (beyond 45% wt concentration). These applications require high efficiency removal with minimized operational expenditure.  Evoqua is an industry leader in developing, engineering and manufacturing separation solutions that achieve enhanced water quality and sustainability.

The Sales Representative is responsible for the successful attainment of sales volume objectives through utilizing, OEM’s, distributors and sales representatives strengths and enhancing the Channel Partners competencies  to leverage Evoqua’s Dewatering Filtration  Solutions. The role will include (but not limited to) actions like assisting Business Partners with forecasting and prospecting accounts/opportunities, identifying synergistic relationships, developing strategic partners and utilizing sales tools. This role requires a demonstrable competence of the technical capabilities of  Evoqua’s Dewatering  portfolio and, more importantly, the business acumen and managerial skill to develop and execute bold strategic plans to generate new business opportunities for CPs to pursue where those solutions will fulfill a need. This role must act with a sense of urgency to delivery upon territory sales goals and commitments.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

•    Collaborates with strategic partners to accurately forecast opportunities                          
•    Creates, manages and executes effective, high - ROI business plans 
•    Organizes and coordinates new partner onboarding
•    Evaluates territory strengths and opportunities.  Executes plans to improve coverage and grow funnel for delivering bookings and revenue                  
•    Drives and promotes Dewatering capital, AFM, rental and service
•    Accelerates project conversion
•    Facilitates best practice sharing across division for improved partnerships and customer support 
•    CRM funnel management
•    Prospecting and identifying new channel partners and market/application opportunities 
•    Organizing and presenting technical webinars and lunch and learns
•    Other duties as assigned 

Position Requirements


4 Year College Degree

5-7 years of experience in Sales and Territory Management

Ability to demonstrate success with sales Growth  


BA/BS strongly preferred  

Experience in filtration & purification systems

Experience in Mining & Industrial Market

Exposure to the Dewatering Process
