Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for the successful attainment of sales volume objectives through utilizing, OEM’s, distributors and sales representatives strengths and enhancing the Channel Partners competencies to leverage Evoqua’s High Performance VAF & Vortisand Filtration  Solutions. The West Coast Region includes California, Utah, Nevada, and Colorado. The role includes (but not limited to) actions focused on assisting Channel Partners with forecasting and prospecting accounts/opportunities, identifying synergistic relationships, developing strategic partners and utilizing sales tools. The ideal candidate can demonstrate competence of technical capabilities of Evoqua’s VAF & Vortisand portfolio and, more importantly, the business acumen and managerial skill to develop/execute bold strategic plans to generate new business opportunities. The role must act with a sense of urgency to delivery upon territory sales goals and commitments.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

•    Experience within the following markets & applications is a plus: Data Centers, HVAC, Oil & Gas, Wastewater, Irrigation, Industrial, Food & Beverage  
•    Collaborates with strategic partners to accurately forecast opportunities                          
•    Creates, manages and executes effective, high - ROI business plans 
•    Organizes and coordinates new partner onboarding
•    Evaluates territory strengths and opportunities.  Executes plans to improve coverage and grow funnel for delivering bookings and revenue                  
•    Drives and promotes filtration systems and aftermarket
•    Accelerates project conversion
•    Facilitates best practice with sharing information across division for improved partnerships and customer support 
•    CRM funnel management
•    Prospecting and identifying new channel partners and market/application opportunities 
•    Organizing and presenting technical webinars and lunch and learns
•    Strong communication skills
•    Ability to develop and execute on a plan aligned with the strategic goals of both the partner and Evoqua
•    Ability to leverage multiple resources and navigate Evoqua processes to drive stated results
•    Ability to act independently
•    High level of influence on product/service and selling strategy
•    Must have an acceptable driving record to be insurable to drive for company business
•    Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
•    Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
•    Other duties as assigned 

Position Requirements

Required: 

4-year college degree 
5-7 years of experience in sales and territory management
Filtration knowledge and exposure to the technology & applications
Ability to demonstrate success with sales growth

Additional Details

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 30% to 60%
