Position Summary

Xylem + Evoqua is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to report to our Louisville, KY branch and service our equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area.

What your day will look like as a Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the service, and operation of our biological waste water treatment equipment. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.

This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

Position Requirements for Field Service Technicians

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work experience preferred
  • 0-2 years technical experience preferred- industrial or commercial process water experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
  • Ability to work in a high customer facing position
  • Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


Less than 5% travel
