Position Summary:

 

The Supervisor, Operations Support will support our organization by being responsible for a team of direct reports in the Pricing Agreement Management – renewal specialist role. This individual must be able to collaborate with internal and external customers, handle escalations related to the Teams’ needs, provide reporting, and initiate team coaching. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of a team of 7-10 individuals, including:  Coaching/Mentoring, completing Performance Reviews, Training individuals and approving timecards
  • Must be knowledgeable on Policies and Procedures
  • Work closely with Leads to ensure consistency in approach and rollout of objectives amongst team
  • Provides standard and ad hoc statistical reports such as:  Daily Report Master, Tiered Accountability Board, Monthly Renewal Plan and Exception Reports
  • Lead team meetings, provide timely updates and consistent communication, ensuring a collaborative team environment
  • Meet with manager on regular basis, escalates issues as necessary, working together to ensure timely and effective resolution

 

 

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ Supervisory experience
  • Solid understanding and proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience required (SAP preferred, modules such as SD, CS and CM a plus).  Basic understanding of Field Service CRM such as MS Field service or MS CRM a plus) 
  • Basic understanding of Field Service and CRM application like (MS Field Service or MS CRM) preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s preferred
