Sales Process Specialist  II

Evoqua Water Technologies defines the PES business segments as carbon and slurry services, construction dewatering, environmental remediation, hydrostatic test water treatment and vapor control. This role will utilize basic sales techniques to sell products / services / solutions to established or prospective customers in industrial markets.


This is a Remote role. 




  • Creates and assists in preparation and submission of Job Packages, Service Orders, and Sales Orders, taking ownership once the PO is received and working through ISRs/FSRs to obtain any additional information needed from the customer.
  • Interacts with ISRs, FSRs and Operations regarding order processing and later providing confirmation and status updates.
  • Supports tracking of rental POs with central administration and works with ISRs / FSRs to obtain new / renewed POs.
  • Prepares responses to vendor qualification forms, tax exempt documents and certificates of insurance.
  • Acts as point of contact for the resolution of billing issues / collections when they are escalated to the sales team.
  • Manages profile renewal process by distributing lists of profiles needing renewal with accompanying last profile or renewal on record to sales, working through ISRs or FSRs for customer approval, and coordinating paperwork with profile team.
  • Provides reactivation information – i.e. Certificates of Reactivation/Destruction, Annual Spent Carbon Receipt Report, RCRA (hazardous) manifest copies.
  • Coordinates sending sample kits to customers and tracking samples from their origination in field, their temporary storage at a warehouse or branch location, their acceptance at a lab and their lab results.
  • Enters information into Dynamics 365 when requested by ISRs / FSRs.
  • Records any interaction with customers in Dynamics 365.
  • Provides technical literature to ISRs / FSRs as requested; this may include data sheets, equipment drawings, startup procedures, tech notes or SDS.
  • All other tasks assigned by direct manager or business.
  • Aggregates and analyzes information to provide insight to sales teams.




  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • This is a high energy, high transaction type position.
  • Candidate needs to possess good team work and embrace internal interaction with other coworkers.
  • Experience or background in water treatment industry is a plus.
  • Candidate must be able to work in specified geographic location.
