Evoqua is expanding our Field Service Team in Pittsburgh, PA!  We're seeking a talented Sr. IT Business Analyst to join our existing CRM Service Excellence team working closely with end users, technical developers and other key stakeholders to streamline business processes and deliver state of the art solutions. 

 

Key responsibilities of this role include working with internal stakeholders, supporting end users and managing the day to day operations of our Microsoft Dynamics Field Service solution.   Developing and implementing technical designs to solve complex business problems leveraging Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and other technologies where appropriate.
 

Job Description:

  • Work with the key stakeholders to develop an application roadmap that is aligned with business strategy and product roadmaps
  • Identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies in business applications by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluates requirements to provide technical solutions that integrate existing and future functionality
  • Create functional and technical requirements documentation, project timelines, and test plans
  • Work with offshore Field Service team to support day to day operations and project work providing a technical escalation point and best practice guidance to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Develops test plans, coordinates and conducts user acceptance and integration testing

of solutions to ensure they meet requirements before deployment to production

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years in a technical support role with emphasis in application support
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365; Field Service Module preferred
  • Experience as a team lead or architect
  • Strong experience with Global Deployments and Rollouts
  • Ability to travel to various locations throughout the US, Canada and International anticipated travel approximately 20%
