Evoqua Water Technologies is currently seeking a Master Field Service Technician for the Central Florida area

Evoqua Water Technologies has a great opportunity for a career minded Master Field Service Technician.  Evoqua provides equipment, services and expertise for organizations and businesses that utilize Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, and related water filtration equipment.  Customers we service include: Pharmaceutical, Universities, Laboratories, and light manufacturing.  

The Field Service Technician position is a direct customer-facing position that involves the service, and troubleshooting, of high purity water treatment equipment.  The individual selected is to be a customer-focused team player, with the ability to work independently.  The individual selected will receive much support from co-workers and company resources to achieve our business objectives.


Core Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
  • Takes care of company property
  • Works with more advanced and multi/complex systems
  • Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
  • Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
  • May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
  • Provides coaching or training to entry-level technicians

Position Requirements

  • Education
    • HS diploma or equivalent
    • Technical certification or degree or industry specific licenses preferred
    • Technical military background preferred
  • Knowledge & Experience
    • Ability to obtain TWIC card
    • Ability to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements
    • 3-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
    • Experience with Microsoft office including smart devises
    • Must have customer service experience
    • Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
    • Basic controls ability (PLC) – ideally experience with Sieme’s and Allen Bradley PLC
    • Able to pass a credit check
  • Driving Requirements
    • Able to operate a company vehicle
    • Able to pass driver requirements/DOT physical
