Evoqua is currently seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager in the Northeastern USA.  


This position leads the Northeast sales team for Light Industry Technologies.  Manages or supervises a team of sales professionals (including Field Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Process Specialists) to sell Evoqua products, service and solutions in a designated territory or set of accounts. Develops and implements sales strategies in accordance with corporate goals in order to exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. Develops organizational strategies, analysis, and recommendations for sales. Ensures objectives align with organizational objectives. Continually evaluates existing processes to determine areas of improvement. Manages, selects, trains, motivates, reviews, coaches, develops and retains a high performance sales team. Responsible for providing accurate Sales Forecasting data.  



  • Leading, coaching, mentoring, developing a team of sales professionals
  • Delivers on revenue/customer growth targets
  • Aligns objectives of team with organizational goals and objectives
  • Exemplifies Evoqua's Growth Enabling Behaviors and leverages those to foster a high performing team
  • Responsible for providing accurate sales forecasting data


  • BA/BS degree required; Biology or Engineering focus preferred
  • 10 - 15 years of sales experience required, with 5 - 7 years of managing a sales team
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within region
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to help drive accountability & success for the sales team
