The primary focus of the Sales Process Analyst is to assist customers in an organizational and administrative capacity.  Provide direct customer support through email, internet and phone, process daily sales orders, quotes, and follow through to shipment.  Participate in the development and maintenance of customer relationships, the position requires strong internal and external organizational communication skills and task coordination abilities, and strong time management skills.  

 

This position requires strong language and writing skills.  This position utilizes multiple organization and workflow tools, office and presentation software, customer management software, Internet based resources and the use of other sales methods & documentation and will involve organizing and maintaining the sales department work materials and filing systems.

  • Answer and route incoming inquiries via telephone and email – route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales and service reps for further development
  • Enter and confirm customer orders and quotes for both sales and service
  • Support sales and service activities utilizing sound business practices and judgments
  • Support daily sales operations
  • Participate in the organization and execution of sales projects as needed

 

Represent the company in a professional manner, manage and maintain customer relationships through prompt, clear and consistent communication.

 

Extensive interaction with Sales, Technical Service, Finance, Productionand Engineering departments. 

Maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

Minimum of 3 - 5 years in an administrative sales support role in the manufacturing industry.
