**This position is open to relocation for the right applicant. We are also offering a sign on bonus for local applicants not requiring relocation**

The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex water systems. The role requires strong technical skills, customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety. The Senior Field Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient operation of water equipment, contributing to the overall success of the organization and its commitment to providing clean and safe water solutions.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
  • Takes care of company property
  • Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
  • Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
  • Direct interfacing with customers
  • May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
  • Provides coaching 

Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Industry specific licenses preferred

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:

  • Ability to obtain TWIC card
  • Ability to coach and train entry-level technicians
  • 2-5 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
  • Able to obtain a CDL class A or B with applicable endorsements

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to operate a company vehicle
  • Able to pass driver requirements which include: 
  • Driver Application for Employment
  • Driver Disclosure and Release
  • Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement
  • FMCSA Certificate of Awareness
  • Driver Certificate of Violations
  • Driver Statement of On Duty Hours
  • Road Test
  • Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back)
  • Copy of Medical Certificate

  • Works independently
